Sweet as Candy!
Sweet as Candy!
Discover Lightness with the new CONCORD AIR baby car seat – now available in Candy colour!
The lightest ever baby car seat for group 0, the CONCORD AIR, from the award winning German designer and manufacturer is now available in a gorgeous new colour - CANDY!
It weighs around 2.9 kg, making it the most lightweight baby car seat of its type currently on the market. The big advantage for parents: its low weight means it can be effortlessly lifted, carried and moved from the car to the pushchair or pram.
In addition, the CONCORD AIR baby car seat has innovative safety construction features. In a similar manner to a cycling helmet, the inner surface of the car seat is reinforced with a honeycomb structure. This results in outstanding damping characteristics in the event of an impact.
Other safety features include a three-point strap system which means the baby is kept securely in place in a moving car. The optional AIRFIX Isofix platform lets you secure the car seat even more conveniently and firmly. The adapter on the car seat not only fits the Isofix platform, it is also designed for both the CONCORD NEO and CONCORD FUSION TRAVEL SYSTEM pushchairs. You can fasten the CONCORD AIR to the pushchair in a single movement – easily, quickly and securely.
The headrest adjusts to three different positions and the straps automatically adjust their length to match. Thanks to the multifunctional button, you have several functions at your fingertips: including handle adjustment and release of the TRAVEL SYSTEM adapter.
The CONCORD AIR baby car seat is fitted with soft, padded covers that are easy to remove and wash and in colours: Dark Night, Graphite, Sahara and Candy. For optimal reclining comfort, simply adjust the main strap beneath the seat – far away from tender baby feet. This means no uncomfortable chafing or disruption to the baby’s sleep.
The extraordinarily lightweight CONCORD AIR baby car seat retails at £181.50 and is now available in independent retailers and selected John Lewis, Halfords and Mothercare stores.

Perfect Pasta from Sacla’
Perfect Pasta from Sacla’
Sacla’ launches the perfect pasta for pesto and pasta sauces!
Sacla’, the Pesto Pioneers, have launched their first range of dried Pasta from Puglia in Southern Italy.
Real Italian pasta from a real Italian family, it is pasta as it should be – made with Italian durum wheat and selected by the Sacla’ family for its superior flavour, texture and character.
Each delicious pasta shape is created from pasta dough squeezed through a traditional bronze die to give it a textured surface which grips every drop of delicious pasta sauce you choose to use.
It is dried very slowly to protect and preserve the fabulous flavour and goodness of this favourite Italian food and comes in three popular pasta shapes – Fusilli, Penne Giganti and Conchiglie.
Each stylish pack of pasta recommends a perfect sauce for its shape.
Fusilli, meaning little spindles in Italian, holds plenty of sauce in all its many twists and turns and is perfect with Sacla’ Fiery Chilli Pesto.
Penne Giganti are large pasta quills, the big sister of penne and popular in the Veneto region of North East Italy where they are used in pasta al forno – pasta bakes – because they can absorb and carry so much silky smooth sauce in their hollows. Penne Giganti is perfect with Sacla’ Tomato & Mascarpone Stir-in-sauce.
Conchiglie, or shells, come from the Campania region on the toe of Italy, and will cradle a sauce in their deep smooth bowls more than any other pasta shape. And they will trap and hold any chunks or vegetables too so you can enjoy every last mouthful. Conchiglie is perfect with Sacla’ Tomato & Olive Stir-in sauce.
Costing £2.19 in its stylish no-spill box simply cook the shapes for around 10 minutes in a big pan of bubbling boiling water to produce perfect al dente pasta. Drain, dress and serve pronto!
Here are a few simple recipe suggestions:
Sacla’ FUSILLI – Prepare a perfect prawn pasta dish with this Fusilli, dressed in Sacla’ Fiery Chilli Pesto, a handful of cooked peeled prawns and a healthy bunch of rocket leaves. Perfect with a green salad.
Sacla’ PENNE GIGANTI – Rustle up an indulgent pasta supper with this Penne Giganti, dressed in Sacla’ Tomato & Mascarpone Stir-in sauce, crispy cooked bacon and sautéed mushrooms.
Sacla’ CONCHIGLIE – Transform tonight’s supper with this Conchiglie, dressed in Sacla’ Olive & Tomato Stir-in sauce, sautéed chicken strips, and curls of freshly grated lemon zest.
